‘Punisher’ Show Coming To Netflix?

With the recent success of Daredevil and Jessica Jones, TVline.com is reporting that Netflix will be delving even deeper into the Marvel Universe with plans for a ‘Punisher” spin-off.

The Punisher will make his Netflix debut in Daredevil Season 2 which is set to premier on Friday, March 18th. Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead) will be playing the gun toting vigilante, Frank Castle and will reprise the role in the spin-off series.

This ‘Punisher” series would mark the 6th Marvel series to arrive on Netflix following Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and the in the works- Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and the Defenders.
