The Jungle Book’s Baloo Coming Soon To Disney Infinity 3.0

This past weekend, retailer BH Photo Video, listed a surprise Disney character for Disney Infinity 3.0, The Jungle Book’s Baloo.   With the new live action version of the movie coming out later this year, this is a perfect opportunity to include the lovable bear.   No detail were listed for when this would be available nor has this character been officially confirmed.  Baloo will be a new Toy Box only character, but can also be used within the Toy Box Takeover and Speedway Expansion games.

One interesting thing to point out is the “Wifi” yellow logo on the front of the packaging which indicates that that to use this character, the console will have to be connected to the internet to download the data.  This doesn’t mean the console has to be connected at all times, just to download the latest patch.  This is something we will see much more this year from Disney Infinity on new figures, power discs and play sets.
