Agent Carter Season 2 Episode 7 Recap
Frost, in a press conference, confirms that Chadwick and members of the council died in a boat accident, while Carter and Souza watch. They think that Dottie is still alive and know that Frost killed the rest. Jarvis is trying to fix the transponder in Dottie’s necklace. Peggy and Daniel all decide they need to talk about their relationship.
Masters is preparing to torture Dottie. He tells her a story of a Nazi wife who used to skin prisoners that her husband had captured. But Dottie has done things to herself that are far worse than what he could do to her. Dottie knows he is frightened of Frost. Masters injects Dottie with truth serum but it doesn’t frighten Dottie.
Wilkes and Ava are preparing their plans for the contaiment chamber, but Wilkes is losing his grip and fades out, only to return just as Peggy arrives. Jarvis has finished repairs on the transponder, but isn’t getting any signals. Peggy is sure she is out of range. Wilkes doesn’t thing Dottie should be saved and that they should activate the neurotoxin. He apologises as the zero matter is taking control.
Still not getting anything out of Dottie, Masters brings up Dr Fenhoff, but she still doesn’t crack. Manfredi arrives and commands Masters to see Whitney. She confirms that Manfredi and the Maggia are taking on security. She has another job for Masters, collecting the rods from the original test. Dottie’s interogation will be continued by Frost.
She tells Dottie that the tracking device has been disabled. She throttles Dottie and the zero matter takes hold of Dottie. Dottie gives up the information about the sample she took and that it was to save Wilkes.
The containment chamber is ready and Wilkes enters, while Jarvis switches it on and Peggy enters the sample. Wilkes becomes tangible again and kisses Peggy, even though his eyes turn black.
The transponder starts to give off a signal. She informs Sousa about what is happening, but he pretends he is speaking to his mother as Masters is in his office. Masters confirms that the uranium has been stolen and that Sousa needs to find it.
Peggy says she will find Dottie, but Jarvis feels its a trap. Peggy already knows this. Jarvis has a device called a jitterbug, that will know people out but won’t harm them.
Ana knows they are testing the device and is scared for Jarvis, but she knows that Peggy needs him.
Sousa gives no promises to Masters, who tries to tempt him with more power, but Sousa has no interest.
Jarvis and Peggy travel to a ranch, which belongs to Chadwick. Jarvis brings up the kiss and warns Peggy about what could happen with Wilkes and Sousa. They arrive at their destination at night and Jarvis delivers the jitterbug into position.
They are spotted but Peggy takes the guard out but his gun fires and alerts the rest of the guards. Jarvis sets the jitterbug to take them out but it fails to works and they are captured and take them to the same room as Dottie. All the while Ana and Wilkes are dining together, oblivious to what is happening.
Peggy and Dottie argue, as Dottie confirms she handed over infomation to Masters. They have both began to escaped from their bindings.
Ana and Wilkes talk about the dangers of what Peggy and Edwin get involved in. Ana preferred when Jarvis didn’t tell her what was going on. Wilkes doesn’t really know what is happening.
Jarvis gets free and realises he put the code in on the jitterbug for delayed detonation and it goes off. Peggy, Jarvis and Dottie escape. Peggy knows something is off with Dottie, who confirms it was a trap but not for them.
Frost arrives at the Stark estate, she finds Wilkes and tries to use zero matter on him but he absorbs it. He gets out of the containment unit and Frost tries to convince him to join her but he doesn’t want, she says they can help each other as they need zero matter and that she wants to change things for the minorities. Manfredi distract him and Frost knocks him out.
Sousa calls Ana to find out if Peggy and Jarvis have got back, but she says no and she is worried, Sousa says he will be there soon, but as he leaves he gets jumps by the Maggia. Ana tries to stop Frost and Manfredi getting away, but Peggy and Jarvis pull up and Frost shoots Ana.
Peggy and Jarvis take Ana to the hospital and she needs surgery,Peggy tells an officer she has a prisoner in the trunk and to keep and eye on the car. As Ana goes into surgery, there are shouts that an officer has been shot. We find that Dottie has escaped and left her necklace behind.
Sousa goes back to the office to find Masters waiting for him, Sousa tells him he doesn’t think they can find the Roxxon rods but Masters takes over the LA branch of the SSR.
Peggy tries to contact Sousa but Masters answers the phone. She goes back to Jarvis, Ana is still in surgery. Peggy takes Jarvis’ hand.
