Disneyland Paris Cast Member Discovered Dead In The Phantom Manor

It is being reported that a Disneyland Paris cast member has been found dead in the Phantom Manor on Saturday at 10am.  The police have confirmed they are investigating the death of a male technician in the Phantom Manor, which has been closed down until Wednesday to allow for investigations.

The cast member was 45 years old and had been working at Disneyland Paris for 14 years.  The cast member was working on the lighting backstage and the police’s investigation has shown that “accidental death by electrocution”  however an autopsy has yet to be carried out.

The investigation is continuing and the co-workers who found the body were interviewed by the police on Sunday.

A spokesman for Disneyland Paris said it was  “deeply saddened” by the man’s death, and sent commiserations to his “family and relatives”.
