Creed Actress Tess Thompson To Be Joining The MCU In ‘Thor:Ragnarok’

With production for the third installment of the ‘Thor” franchise about to begin, rumors are swirling about who newest cast member Tessa Thompson (Creed) will be playing. Sources have told Deadline.com that Thompson will be playing “a kind of superhero and will appear in other Marvel films as well.” But who will she be playing?

Well we may have our answer………

According to latino-review.com, Thompson will be joining Thor as fellow Asgardian, Valkyrie.

In the comic books Valkyrie, whose real name is Brunnhilde, is an Asgardian Warrior as well as leader of the Valkyrior. She is also a love interest to Thor, sorry Natalie Portman fans, but she will not be returning to the role of Jane Foster.

‘Thor: Ragnarok’ is set to begin production in July with Chris Hemsworth once again as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, and Cate Blanchett as the yet unnamed villain.
