“It’s in the Details” Pandora – The World of AVATAR at Disney Animal Kingdom

With Pandora – The World of AVATAR set to come to life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in 2017 more incredible details are being released.

As is true for all of the Disney Parks “It’s about the detail” and Pandora will be no exception in the 12-acre land inspired by James Cameron’s film “AVATAR” being created by Joe Rohde and Lightstorm Entertainment film producer Jon Landau share a quick hint of what to expect at a special presentation at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Some of the amazing magical touches they shared were a a bioluminescent flora and special night-time immersive night-time programming.

Also in Pandora will also include amazing creatures and “glowing” ground beneath the guest’s feet.

Realistic details will be everywhere in Pandora for all to enjoy including special Na’vi artefacts seen throughout the land.

“We want the world of Pandora to be believable,” Jon said. “When visitors come to Pandora they’ll experience and they’ll believe — and they’ll look at the world a little bit differently.”

There is so much more to come about this new land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Pandora – The World of AVATAR, including the spectacular “floating mountains” and thrilling attractions coming to the land: AVATAR Flight of Passage and the Na’vi River Journey.
