Dorbz Dish #6: Hot Topic Exclusive Jack Skellington

This past week, Hot Topic Nerdette announced a new exclusive Disney dorbz coming to store in July: A glow-in-the-dark Jack Skellington variant. He is different from the original Jack in design as well. Let’s take a look.

Side by side, on the left is the new Hot Topic exclusive glowing Jack Skellington dorbz piece. As a huge Nightmare Before Christmas fan and collector, I’m psyched for this piece. Featuring a much wider grin, I find this new dorbz much more characteristic of Jack. The fact that it will glow just makes it even cooler. It looks like the body piece has remained the same between the two pieces, but I much prefer the new grin and deep-set eyes. A+ on this variant Funko.

No official information as to whether or not this dorbz will be as limited as Hot Topic exclusive metallic Maleficent or if it will be as common as any other Hot Topic exclusive Funko pop, but nevertheless, begin the hunt in July and reap the rewards of finding Halloweentown’s cutest trouble maker!
