Star Wars Prequel Character Returning To Rogue One For A Cameo

There has been lots of talk about what stars might be appearing in the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and recently, actor Jimmy Smits has confirmed that he will be apart of the upcoming movie. Jimmy Smits plays the role of Senator Bail Organa, who appeared in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and was the adopted father of Princess Leia.

He recently said on an episode of “the Talk”, “Can you say the word ‘cameo’? Can you say the words ‘small part’?”.

Personally I think its good that Rogue One is filling in the blanks and connecting the two trilogies together, and with Mon Mothma also returning from Episode III, December 16th can’t come soon enough.
