Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 To Be Playable At NYCC
Square Enix have announced that the upcoming that there will be a Hands-on demos, previews and events at their Booth (#1805) during this year’s New York Comic-con including Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.

KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a compilation that brings the popular KINGDOM HEARTS Dream Drop Distance to the PlayStation®4 system platform remastered in high definition. The newly improved title features brand new content with KINGDOM HEARTS 0.2 Birth by Sleep – A fragmentary passage –, a playable episode that is played from the perspective of Aqua taking place after the storyline of KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep and links to the upcoming KINGDOM HEARTS III. The title also includes KINGDOM HEARTS χ [chi] Back Cover, a new HD movie that tells the mysterious story of the Foretellers and connects to the earliest parts of the series’ history. Fans who visit the booth will receive a button while supplies last.
Our Take:
This demo will probably be very similar if not exactly the same as what has appeared at other events such as PAX, EGX and Tokyo Game Show. If you have time to stop by their booth, I’d recommend it as the demo for 0.2 is a lot of fun and I’ve also enjoyed playing Tomb Raider, Final Fantasy XV and Hitman from Square Enix, which will also be available.
