Alfred Angelo Unveils 2017 Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Bridal Collection
To Celebrate 25 Years of Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons Two Special Edition Crystal Adorned Gowns will be Released for Spring 2017
(Delray Beach, Fla. – Oct. 5, 2016) – Alfred Angelo, America’s oldest and foremost bridal company, debuted its magical 2017 Disney Fairy Tale Weddings bridal collection today during the start of New York Bridal Fashion Week. The 2017 collection will feature two new designs inspired by Disney Princess characters, Mulan and Pocahontas, along with two special edition fairy tale gowns to its already popular collection of nine Disney Princess inspired wedding dresses.
The stunning wedding gown inspired by the story of Mulan, is designed with tulle over charmeuse and features a sweetheart neckline with a sheer yoke, mandarin collar, and a dramatic keyhole back with self-covered buttons. The gorgeous wedding gown inspired by the story of Pocahontas, features a flattering one-shoulder neckline style and timeless fabric and details incorporated in her wedding gown to combine tradition and modernity. The new 2017 collection of 13 stunning gowns is infused with the latest trends in runway fashions, and epitomizes the strength and unique personality of each Disney Princess for a bride’s own “…happily ever after.”

In celebration of 25 years of Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons, the collection sparkles like never before with the inclusion of two limited edition gowns [Office1] adorned with precious crystals. Inspired by Disney Princess characters Belle and Cinderella, these legacy dresses are styles which have been much-loved the world over. In 2017, these two designs will be remastered with new and elevated details, more luxurious fabrication and embellished with opulent crystal beading. These gowns will be available for a very limited time and on tour at trunk shows across the country before returning “back to the vault” at the end of 2017. For the first time, the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings by Alfred Angelo bridal collection will arrive in stores in two distinct seasons; spring and fall 2017. The eagerly anticipated spring 2017 portion of the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings bridal collection by Alfred Angelo will be available beginning January 2017 at Alfred Angelo Signature stores in the U.S. and authorized specialty retailers worldwide. Ariel – Style 264 (available Spring 2017)
Free spirited lines and flowing tulle ruffles, this gown is a true reflection of Ariel, princess of the sea. The fitted embroidered lace overlay bodice has been embellished from the sweetheart neckline through the low dropped waistline with pearls, caviar beads and crystal beading. The mermaid silhouette features a sheer cut-out at the back neckline which adds a touch of light-hearted allure. Pearl buttons and a voluminous ruffled skirt with horsehair trim and a chapel length train finishes the gown.

The tulle over charmeuse fit and flare gown is styled after the brave and strong Disney Princess Mulan.. It features a sweetheart neckline with a sheer yoke, mandarin collar, and a dramatic keyhole back with self-covered buttons. The entire gown has been embellished throughout with dramatic embroidered lace and crystal beading. The softly-flared skirt has a floor length liner and dramatic sheer semi-cathedral length train.
