Disney Parks Changing Security Procedures

Recently another incident where a guest has attempted to bring a firearm into the parks has sparked an immediate change in how guests make their way through bag check.

It was reported that guests who enter the parks without bags will now be directed straight to metal detectors. Before, guests were randomly selected to go through them. Now if you enter the parks with no bags, you will have to go through metal detectors. Guests with bags will be checked at bag checks and randomly selected still.

There is no word if this new procedure is permanent or temporary.
