Live Action Version Of Winnie The Pooh Coming Soon

It has been revealed that Marc Forster will be directing the upcoming live action movie version of “Winnie The Pooh”, which will be called “Christopher Robin”. The movie is currently being written by Alex Ross Perry and is based on the books by A.A.Miline. Marc Forster previously directed “All I See Is You”.

The movie will focus on Christopher Robin as he befriends “Winnie the Pooh” as an adult, and according to sources at Variety, the movie will be similar to Seth MacFarlane’s fantasy-buddy film “Ted,” however will be centered around family fun rather than adult jokes.

Disney have created 4 animated movies and TV shows already, while FOX is also working on a movie called “Goodbye, Christopher Robin” which will star Margot Robbie and Domhnall Gleeson.

This continues the trend of Disney remaking many of its classic stories in a live-action format.
