DisneyLife Gets A Price Cut & Live Disney Channels

Disney have announced some new changes to their U.K. Subscription service, DisneyLife, which offers movies, TV shows, music, and books.

The price has been cut by half, to just £4.99 a month and they now offer live streaming of the Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD. However it does look like the games/apps option has been removed from the package.

There is a wide selection of characters and franchises available on the platform including DuckTales, Spider-Man, Star Wars Rebels, Sofia, Frozen and many more.

Our Take:

The price drop is a big deal, with so many subscription services available nowadays, this should encourage more people to sign up and with 10 different devices included in the package, it is a good family package. Adding live streaming of the Disney channels isn’t also a great addition, offering more value for money. They do offer a free 7 day trial, so now I just need them to add an app to the PS4/Xbox One and it would be perfect for me to enjoy the streaming service on my TV.
