Monkey Island 2 & Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Coming To Xbox Games With Gold

Microsoft have announced February’s Xbox Games For Gold and its a double helping of Lucasarts gaming, with Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and Monkey Island 2: Special Edition.  Both are Xbox 360 games, but are also playable on the Xbox One.

Here are details on all four games:

  • * Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime ($14.99 ERP): Available from February 1-28 on Xbox One
  • * Project Cars Digital Edition ($29.99 ERP): Available from February 16-March 15 on Xbox One
  • * Monkey Island 2: Special Edition ($9.99 ERP): Available from February 1-15 on Xbox 360 & Xbox One
  • * Star Wars: The Force Unleashed ($19.99 ERP): Available from February 16-28 on Xbox 360 & Xbox One

Our Take:

I’ve really enjoyed playing Force Unleashed, so this is a great game for Star Wars fans who haven’t played it and I’ve never played a Monkey Island game, I remember friends at high school playing it and talking about it, so I’m interested to see how it plays.
