Planet Hollywood Reopens At Disney Springs

This weekend, the Planet Hollywood Observatory has reopened at Disney Springs, where it transformed from its globe into a four-story stargazing observatory, which includes some new spaces including an outdoor terrace, a new menu and an exciting new look and feel.

The restaurant is now open daily for lunch and dinner.   There is also a new 5,000 square-foot Stargazers Lounge opening soon, which will let guests relax under the stars.

The new Observatory includes a immersive theatrical dining experience, with each floor providing a different ambience, including a collection of film-making memorabilia and a 4,500-square-foot video wall the uses trompe l’oeil 3D technology – images with such realism that they appear to be in three dimensions.

On the new menu are some Classic Planet Hollywood dishes and a selection of over-the-top burgers and sandwiches that have been created by celebrity Chef Guy Fieri. There are also hand-dipped milkshakes and generous sweets.
