Disneyland/Disney California Adventure Increasing Ticket Prices

It was just announced that Disneyland and Disney California Adventure would be raising One day ticket and annual pass prices once again. So the possibility for the same to happen at Disney world is more than likely to happen as well. The price raising trend has happened in recent years every February so this was slightly expected by a few.

Starting tomorrow, February 11th, on value days, the lowest priced days of the year,  one day tickets will cost $97. On regular days it will be $110 and peak day will be $124. Value days will go up $2 while regular and peak will go up $5 each. Parking will go up to $20 from its original $18.

The Southern California Select and Southern California passes will be $339 and $469, both receiving $10 increases. Both have blackout days and the monthly payment options still stays as well although few believe that getting rid of that option William decrease crowds much better than tiered pricing.

the deluxe pass, whichhas some Saturday and peak holiday blackout periods, will jump to $619 , receiving a $20 price raise. The higher priced passes will remain the same for now.

Disney introduced tier pricing last year in order to spread out crowds and lessen them on certain days while since 2002 prices have been raised at least once a year.

Based on the Trend, we should be expecting walt disney world to raise their prices sometime soon.
