Tsum Tsum Toy Fair (P)reviews: Marvel Series 3/ Hall of Armor 9pk
Well, Toy Fair is upon us. Starting tomorrow, thousands of trade professionals, press, and manufacturers will descend upon the Javits Center in NYC for four days to see the latest and greatest toys and collectibles for 2017 and beyond. One of the companies there will be JAKKS Pacific, who has made a big splash in the world of mini-vinyl collecting with their Disney & Marvel Tsum Tsum lines.
Now, we can expect a lot of fun information to be revealed on the floor of Toy Fair, but JAKKS sent me over a few items that are currently on their way to store shelves prior to the event, so I could share a closer, hands on look to these items. I will be sharing these (p)reviews, as I like to call them, throughout the next few days.
First up is a look at Marvel Tsum Tsum Series 3, and a special Iron Man Hall of Armor 9pk.
Marvel Tsum Tsum Series 3 Checklist
Before we take a look at the 9pk, here is a look at the checklist for Series 3. You can see that the Silver Blast! LE vinyls are back with Hulk and Iron Man (Series 2 saw Captain America and Spider-Man). Of note: looks like a lot of love is being paid attention to Iron Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Spider-Man. I have no doubt it’s because of the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Spider-Man: Homecoming movies coming out soon.
Hall of Armor 9pk
In this special themed 9pk of vinyls (eight revealed and one Mystery Character), we take a look at Tony Stark and some of his more famous Iron Man suits that he has donned over the years.

Here is the breakdown of what you get in each of the sizes (three of each, the Mystery is a Large)
Small: Silver Centurion, Stealth, Mark III
Medium: War Machine, Tony Stark, Iron Man
Large: Mark I, Hulkbuster, Mark 1- Gold (Mystery)
Overall, if you are an Iron Man fan, this would be a great addition to your collection, whether displayed in or out of package. I appreciate with the Marvel 9pks how they have made “scenes” out of them. Very clever and more catching to the eye.
