New PX Donald Duck Figure Coming Soon

Diamond Comic Distributors and Beast Kingdom are proud to celebrate 83 years of fun, adventure, and good old-fashioned Disney magic with the new Donald Duck PREVIEWS Exclusive (PX) Statue.

This exclusive hand-painted Donald Duck statue features our favorite fine feathered and short-tempered friend dressed in his classic sailor shirt and cap, and placed upon a wooden base.  This Miracle Land series sculpture is based off official original sketches and pictures to capture the contours, lively expression, and color schemes that bring a warm and familiar atmosphere to this piece.

It will carry a suggested retail price of $115.00, and will be available in stores late January 2017.

Donald Duck made his debut in 1934 and has kept us company for 83 years, his unique sailor shirt and cap, round bottom, and his typical short temper remaining virtually unchanged all these years. The sculptors of this figure referred to official sketches and pictures as the basis for the contours, expression, and atmosphere of this Miracle Land sculpture to provide a lively depiction of Donald Duck’s classic angry expression. The sculpture is hand painted with his classic blue and yellow color scheme, with special attention given to provide layered and shadow effects. ML-003 Disney Donald Duck is not just a solid statue but a childhood friend imbued with warmth and spirit.
