Funko have announced a special Iron Man (Tales of Suspense #40) GOLD exclusive is available to active subscribers (US and Canada only) who purchased the August MCC box – First Appearance Avengers.

To access and purchase the exclusive, eligible Marvel Collector Corps subscribers simply need to:

  • Log into their account
  • Look for the “Members Exclusive” section
  • Add the exclusive to your cart and check out

Funko have also teased more exclusive figures will be released for subscription members.

My take: As a international subscriber, I’m a little disappointed this isn’t available to everyone but its an interesting way of selling some unique variants to fans, though popping in limited chase versions in the subscription boxes might be a alternative way to go to boost sales.
