Disney Infinity Style “Toy Box” Action Figures Coming Soon
Disney have announced a new series of action figures, called “Toy Box”, which will bring characters from PIXAR, Star Wars and Marvel characters together in a way not seen before.
Unless you’ve played Disney Infinity, as anyone who has, might find these designs look a little similar. Former Disney VP John Vignocchi confirmed on Twitter that this new range of figures will see the designs previously used in the game series and have had them re-engineered to be articulated toys.
This new range of action figures will be released Online & In-Store on Friday, November 3rd.
What do you think about Disney reusing Infinity designs?
They should’ve invested that money into keeping Disney Infinity alive! Same characters, same design? That to me is saying: Forget our loyal fans, customers & followers! We need new fans, customers & followers! How long will it take Disney to destroy these new toys? Doesn’t history repeat itself? According to Disney, these character designs are dead. What’s makes you think that repackaging will resurrect them?

I do hope we will now finally get Peter Pan, Vaiana and Maui figures. Would have loved those for Disney Infinity!
