Egg-stravaganza Returns & New Honey Bee Scavenger Hunt Added To Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

Disney have announced that the Egg-stravaganza scavenger hunt will be coming back to the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.  Disney also shared some of the details, which will include an all new Spike the Honey Bee scavenger hunt.

The event is taking place from March 16th through to April 1st, where guests visiting the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival can participate in their Egg-stravaganza scavenger hunt – which requires guests to hunt high and low in the World Showcase for “eggs” that portray favorite Disney characters.

Guests will record their discoveries by placing a corresponding sticker on a specially themed Egg-stravaganza map.  These Maps and stickers can be purchased for $5.99, plus tax at the following parks and locations:

  • Disney Trader
  • Pin Central
  • World Traveler

Once a guest has found all of the “eggs” and complete your scavenger hunt map, they can then return it to Disney Traders for a sp-egg-tacular surprise.

The new springtime scavenger hunt called Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration, which sees Disney’s favorite honey bee, Spike, pollinating his way around the festival, giving gardeners of any age the chance to follow his pollination trail around World Showcase at Epcot.

Guests can pick up a garden map and stickers at Port of Entry, where they can try to find Spike throughout the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. In each garden, guests will have to search for the plant Spike has pollinated, identifiable by Spike himself and a Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration plant stake.

Much like with the Egg hunt, when guests find him, they can add the corresponding sticker to their map, and once its complete, if they return the map, they will get a springtime surprise.  Maps and stickers for Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration can be purchased for $5.99, plus tax at Port of Entry.

While no dates have been revealed for “Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration”, it looks like it will run throughout the event from February 28th through May 28th, 2018!
