Avengers: Infinity War Black Widow Action Figure Review

Hasbro’s new Avengers: Infinity War action figure line includes Black Widow, which features moulded details and articulated limbs. It also comes with an Infinity Stone and a stun baton.

Here is a look at the packaging:

This Black Widow action figure is interesting, changing up her costume to green and changing her hair to blonde does help push a new wave of toys, since she doesn’t look similar to her previous movies.

Here is a look at this Black Widow action figure:

The action figure is pretty solid, especially for a female figure, since they can often be a little light or thin.  I think the upper body suit does look impressive, the green does jump out and contains plenty of detail.  The arms and legs are also simple.

Her head is pretty impressive for a action figure of this price, it has some light resemblance to Scarlett Johansson and her hair is impressive.

Sadly the accessory is very disappointing, its very thin and could be easily broken.  I also found it very tricky to get the baton into her hand, which required me to pull back her hand a lot to get it into place.   The additional Infinity Stone should be fun to try out with the interactive Hero Vision app.

OVERALL:

This Black Widow action figure is a solid budget addition for any young Marvel fan, its a shame the accessory baton is very poor, but children should enjoy playing with this figure.  However adult collectors might want to skip this and to pick up a more expensive version like Hot Toys or Marvel Legends.
