Disney Comics June 2018 Solicitations
June will be a very packed month in terms of Disney comics, from Dark Horse entering the Disney market with a hard cover adaptation of the Incredibles to new entries from IDW , Joe Books and Fantagraphics.
In terms of single issues, we start off with the continuing adventures of Duck Tales where the nephews discover Huey sneaking out at night and gets to the bottom of it. There will also be adaptations of Mulan and Incredibles 2 out from Joe Books. The princesses return with even more new adventures while the villainous Glomgold and Phantom Blot are the focus of the newest issues of Uncle Scrooge and Walt Disney Showcase. Finally, in a galaxy far far away, Han Solo must get himself out of a sticky situation in the newest issue of Star Wars Adventures.
In terms of hardcovers and graphic novels, this month we have a new series of books republishing various Duck Tales stories from the 1980s Gladstone run. The newest Disney Masters volume brings us three stories featuring Rebo in this new volume centering on Lucanio Bottario. Dark Horse brings us even more exciting adventures featuring the Parr family from this summer’s The Incredibles 2. Finally, golden eggs and witches are the main draw of the newest trade paperback of Uncle Scrooge.
