Review: Dumbo & Timothy Mouse Ufufy
For today’s review, I take a look at the Dumbo and Timothy Mouse releases from the newest Japanese plush import: Ufufy. US releases include Mini, Small, and Medium sizes. Let’s take a closer look.
I picked up Small release Dumbo and Timothy Mouse at shopDisney.com, where all of the Small plush are currently on sale for only $4.00 each. Each Small plush is scented (these two like apple blossoms) and features a character in a round plush format. In addition to these two releases, currently released here in the US are the Mickey and Friends, Winnie the Pooh and Friends, Beauty and the Beast, Bambi, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs collections, as well as fan favorites like Stitch and Marie.
Similar to Tsum Tsum, another Japanese import, the cute design of these plush have proven to be a hit here in the US as well as over in Japan. To be honest, I think the design of these plush are better than those of Tsum Tsum, seeing as you see more of the character because it sits upright instead of laying down. The scent aspect of the plush is something that I could live without, as fake scents like these apple blossoms or roses sometimes gives me headaches. However, with only having two on the shelf right now, I do not notice the scent in my apartment, which I am fine with.
