LEGO Star Wars Brickheadz Han Solo (41608) Review

The latest LEGO Star Wars Brickheadz release is a young Han Solo from the newest movie from Disney, Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Priced at $9.99/£9.99, this set includes 141 pieces and including an iconic brown jacket, utility belt and a detachable blaster.

One of the things I love about the Brickheadz is that they offer a “stylized” look that is similar to a Funko Pop Vinyl but give a unique look and the fun of LEGO building at the same time.

Here is a look at the packaging:

This set was fun to build, though the hair is a little dull due to the amount of brown pieces, but perfectly represents the character.  It will take a while before I see the “new” actor as Han Solo, but I think this build does a good job in representing the character, while still keeping close enough to the original version.  Which is much easier when LEGO doesn’t focus on “detail” and just on the essence of the character.

OVERALL:

This Han Solo Brickheadz is once again a great addition to the LEGO Star Wars line and hits all the points I would want to see in a character, it has the fluffy hair, blaster and jacket, but compared to other Brickheadz figures, this character might not be as fun to look at such as Chewbacca or Captain Phasma.

REVIEW SCORE: 8 out of 10
