‘Disney Emoji Blitz’ Emojifies American Idol’s Host & Judges

In partnership with ABC Television Group, popular mobile game Disney Emoji Blitz emojified American Idol host, Ryan Seacrest, and judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan. The customized emojis were created in the same art style of the game’s fan-favorite characters, in celebration of the show’s upcoming “Disney Night” episode.

More than 500 thousand people are playing Disney Emoji Blitz every day, totaling nearly 20 million players in under two years for the mobile game. The emojified host and judges will be ‘blitzing’ social media leading up to April 29 across Disney-owned channels, including Oh My Disney!

Tune-in to “Disney Night” on American Idol on SUNDAY, APRIL 29 (8:00–10:01 p.m. EDT/5:00-7:01 p.m. PDT) on the ABC Television Network. Idina Menzel will mentor the top 10 finalists as they perform Disney songs.
