Avengers: Infinity War Custom Facebook AR Mask Effect Released

Disney have released a new Facebook AR Mask, that allows fans to turn themselves “into dust” with this new Facebook camera effect, to tie in with the release the film’s on digital (which is now available) and Blu-ray on August 14th.

How it works:

  • Log in into your Facebook app from a mobile device
  • Click on the following link to take you to the AR Effect: http://www.facebook.com/fbcameraeffects/tryit/258281704903067/
  • Make sure the camera is set to selfie mode
  • Open your mouth, and the fade away effect will begin
  • Hold down the record button to save your video
  • Post your video onto Facebook and share with the caption:  THANOS IS HERE! @Avengers #InfinityWar

 

​Facebook does a slow rollout of new effects. It is possible the effect won’t show up on your device for a few days.
