Disney Comics Solicitations November 2018
Hello there Mouseketeers
November brings us some holiday hi-jinks and even more adventures across the Disney Universe from Duckburg to a galaxy far far away. First off we have Disney Comics and Stories #2 which promises some spooky fun with the Lonesome Ghosts. Mickey and Donald Christmas Parade #4 brings out more holiday fun with Peg Leg Pete hatching yet another scheme to get rich for the holidays while Donald tries to get Scrooge to give to charity for the holidays.
Meanwhile from the Marvel Universe, everyone’s favorite web-slinger is heading to IDW for an all new all-ages title in Spider Man #1. Star Wars has two exciting adventures this time around with a new mini series centering on Rey in Destroyer Down #1 and Star Wars Adventures #16 will act as a tie-in for the upcoming animated series on Disney XD.
Everyone’s favourite barefoot princess Rapunzel concludes her second mini series in Hair Raising Adventures #3 but no worries , she and Eugene will return for more exciting adventures next Spring. Duck Tales #15 promises us some high-tech threats courtesy of the second richest duck in the world, Flintheart Glomgold. Finally in Scrooge’s First Millions #3, we encounter a new side of Scrooge as he reaches his third millions.
Finally in terms of trades and hardcovers, we return to the world of Descendants with their newest manga volume Wicked Runaway #3. Donald and Scrooge encounter spooky hijinks at a haunted castle in the tenth volume of the Don Rosa library from Fantagraphics. Our sole Dark Horse title is a reprinting of the three issues of Frozen Breaking Boundaries as a trade paperback. Our sole Joe Books title of the month is an activity book with some comics themed around Ralph Breaks the Internet to tie in with its release in November.
