National Geographic Kids Release 10 New Expanded Weird But True Books

Today, National Geographic have released ten new expanded versions of their Weird But True children’s books.

The world can be a pretty wacky place! Kids will have a blast exploring just HOW wacky in these wildly popular Weird But True series, which are all filled with 350 surprising and amazing facts. Topics include science, space, weather, geography, food, pop culture, and just about everything else under the sun, presented with fascinating photos and illustrations. This quirky little reference is so much fun, kids forget they’re learning.

Bursting onto the book scene in 2009, Weird But True paperbacks—with a distinct colorful design, whimsical typography, and square shape—became instant hits. Now, the series has more than 5 million books in print! Born as a monthly page in National Geographic Kids magazine in 2004, Weird But True has been the most popular feature every month since its inception.
