Limited-Time Mickey Dessert Coming To Disneyland Paris

Disney have announced that they have worked with world-renowned French pastry chef Pierre Hermé to create a limited-time, one-of-a-kind dessert inspired by Mickey Mouse.

The dessert is available at Walt’s – An American Restaurant in Disneyland Park and at California Grill in the Disneyland Hotel from November 17th through January 6th.

The desert is a lemon meringue tart, with a shortbread base in the shape of Mickey’s iconic ears, a lemon filling with preserved lemon zest and pieces of fluffy lime-flavored meringue finished off with two chocolate circles of dark chocolate and strawberry puree.
