2019 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend Themes Announced

Disney have announced the themes for their 2019 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend, which is taking place at the Walt Disney World Resort on the weekend of April 4-7, 2019.

The themes for each run are:

  • Star Wars Rival Run 5K | Finn and Captain Phasma
  • Star Wars Rival Run 10K | Han Solo and Boba Fett
  • Star Wars Rival Run Half Marathon | Rey and Kylo Ren
  • Star Wars Rival Run Challenge | Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader
  • runDisney Kids Races | BB-8 and BB-9E

They’ve also announced the theme for the Star Wars Virtual Half Marathon, which is based on R2-D2!

Runners who register by January 15th 2019, will have the opportunity to choose their side, which will be revealed through the design of their race bib during the event weekend!
