Pop! Review: Toy Story 4’s Forky & Bo Peep
Toy Story 4 was released in movie theaters roughly two weeks ago now, and with it came a bunch of new additions to Pixar’s Toy Box. Today, I take a look at the Pop! Vinyl of one of these new additions, fan favorite Forky, as well as the Barnes & Noble exclusive of the return of Bo Peep to the franchise.
Forky, a new toy that Bonnie made from a pile of trash at Kindergarten orientation, believes that he is actually trash, and has to learn that he is beloved to Bonnie just like her other toys.
After being given away nine years ago by Andy’s sister, Mollie, Bo Peep was left to fend for herself. After finding herself in an antique store, she decides to become a “lost toy”. In this Barnes & Noble exclusive edition of Bo Peep, she is dressed in a fighting/adventure version of her outfit.
I love both the new movie, and the new Pop! Vinyls of these new or returning characters. I previously took a look at the Ducky & Bunny Pop! Vinyls, and these two join them in my Toy Story collection.
Not sure I will pick up any more of the Toy Story 4 line of Funko Pop! Vinyls, but the ones I do have make a great part of my collection. Obviously, the Barnes & Noble exclusive is, well… exclusive, to that store. However, a lot of the regular releases, including this Forky, are available currently over at Entertainment Earth.
