Toy Fair 2020 Highlight: Folkmanis Puppets

While at Toy Fair last month, I swung by the Folkmanis Puppets booth to check out anything new that I saw regarding Disney, Marvel, or Pixar. I have previously reported on the release of Mickey & Friends, as well as Jack Skellington & Zero from The Nightmare Before Christmas. This year, there was a fun addition to Folkmanis’ line of Disney Puppets, as well as a Marvel one and two Pixar ones. Let’s check them out.

 

First up is Winnie-the-Pooh, with a look straight out of the Christopher Robin movie.

 

Next, from Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is everyone’s favorite twig, Groot.

 

Also on display were puppety versions of two of my favorite Pixar characters: Chef Remy from Ratatouille and Dug from Up.

 

Dug was popular enough of a draw that one of the Folkmanis team members at the booth had Dug out to meet guests on the show floor.
