Disney Infinity 3.0 Marvel Battleground Characters & Power Discs Revealed

This past weekend, BH Photo Video, listed a number of new Marvel characters for Disney Infinity 3.0 including Ant-Man, Black Panther and Vision, plus a look at the Power Disc pack.  We also have our first look at the packaging for the Black Suit Spider-Man single release, which is currently only available within the PS Vita 2.0 Starter Pack.

We first saw a tease of Ant-Man at last years San Diego Comic Con, Vision was shown in its prototype in a CNET article and the first image of the power discs were emailed to fans last year by Disney.

The new figures and power disc packaging also includes a “Wifi” yellow logo on the front of the packaging which indicates that that to use this character, the console will have to be connected to the internet to download the data.  This doesn’t mean the console has to be connected at all times, just to download the latest patch.  This is something we will see much more this year from Disney Infinity on new figures, power discs and play sets.

  • Nova Corps
  • Darkhawk
  • Ghost-Rider’s Bike
