Spider-Man: Homecoming Adds “The Tinkerer” To It’s Cast

A new villain has been cast for the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming movie, Michael Chernus is set to play Phineas Mason, aka “The Tinkerer” according to Deadline.

Phineas Mason is a brilliant inventor and technician who designs advanced weaponry for criminals and sometimes undertakes crimes of his own. As the “Tinkerer“, he runs an underground fix-it shop disguised as a radio repair shop.

Michael Chernus has previously appeared as Piper Chapman’s brother Cal in the Netflix series Orange is the New Black.

Spider-Man: Homecoming is hitting cinemas in July 2017.
