Will Lando Appear In The New Han Solo Movie?

It looks as if a young Lando Caleissian will be part of the upcoming young Han Solo movie, due to hit cinemas in May 2018.  Lucasfilm is apparently casting for a new role, codename “Chance”, which happens to be the nickname of Lando’s son in the Expanded Universe.

Lando appeared in both, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, plus the animated series, Rebels.

It does add more weight to the idea that Disney are working on a new trilogy or series of movies featuring younger versions of popular classic characters, with Han Solo, Lando and Chewbacca.  All taking place between Episode III and IV, similar to this years Rogue One movie.
