“Disney After Hours” Returning To The Magic Kingdom

It has been announced that “Disney After Hours’ will be returning to the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.  There are seven events that will be taking place from January 20th until March 9th.

Here are some of the details:

When the crowds clear and the gates close, rediscover Magic Kingdom park after dark with access to over 25 popular attractions.

Wish you could enjoy more magic in less time? Disney After Hours provides a limited number of Guests access to the park after dark.

For 7 select nights, from January to March, skip the wait times for Character Greetings and 25+ popular attractions, including:

  • Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
  • Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
  • Disney Princess Greetings at Princess Fairytale Hall
  • Haunted Mansion
  • “it’s a small world”
  • Jungle Cruise
  • Peter Pan’s Flight
  • Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
  • Space Mountain
  • Splash Mountain
  • And much, much more!

Ice Cream Novelties, Popcorn & Select Beverages Included!

In the midst of the laughs and thrills, be sure to chill out with ice cream novelties and select bottled beverages—included in the cost of admission—available at carts stationed throughout the park. In addition, you can also purchase select menu items at Main Street Bakery and select locations throughout the park.

And remember: only a limited number of tickets are available for each night. Be sure to purchase your tickets today.

  • Official check-in for the event will take place at the Main Entrance to the theme park beginning at 7:00 PM.
  • Please note that Magic Kingdom park will officially close to Guests who haven’t purchased Disney After Hours tickets at 8:00 PM on February 2, 9, 16; and at 9:00 PM on January 20, 27 and March 2, 9.
  • Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guests—including those staying at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and Walt Disney World Swan Hotel—may use Walt Disney World Transportation for up to 2 hours after the event. Guests with other accommodations are not guaranteed transportation and are encouraged to consult the transportation schedule at their place of lodging.
  • Please note that the number of tickets available is limited. In addition, all tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable and are only valid for admission during the special event date and hours.
  • All attractions, entertainment and experiences are subject to change without notice.

Admission to Disney After Hours can be purchased for $119 per adult or child (tax not included) and $89 per Annual Passholder/Disney Vacation Member adult or child (tax not included).

The event takes place 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM:

  • Thursday, February 9, 2017
  • Thursday, February 16, 2017

And 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM:

  • Friday, January 20, 2017
  • Friday, January 27, 2017
  • Thursday, March 2, 2017
  • Thursday, March 9, 2017
