Star Wars Adventures #10 Review

Star Wars Adventures #10 is the latest issue from IDW Publishing and features two stores, “Family Affair Part 1” with Lando and “Powered Down” with Han Solo and Chewbacca. It’s good to see some stories involving these characters as it’s perfectly timed with the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story.

“Powered Down” sees Chewbacca and Han Solo trying to evade capture by two Bounty Hunters, 4-LOM and Zuckuss, on a planet featuring deadly robots. It’s a fun story that shows the good side of Han Solo.

“Family Affair” sees a young Lando showing a young tearaway why he should give up gambling and a life of crime, which doesn’t go to well.

This issue has a bright and colourful look to it, which is exactly what this series should be like, it’s aimed at a younger audience and has a Saturday morning cartoon feel to it.

OVERALL:

Another fun issue from IDW, with a new Star Wars movie coming out later this month, this is a great way of showing younger fans who these characters are. It’s a great Star Wars comic and delivers exactly what I expected from this series.

REVIEW SCORE: 8 out of 10
