Review: LEGO Star Wars Microfighters Ghost w/ Hera (75127)

This weekend while away visiting friends, I finally found in the wild one of the Star Wars LEGO Series 3 Microfighters featuring the Ghost ship from Star Wars Rebels and one of the popular characters from the show, Hera Syndulla.

Clocking in at 104 pieces and featuring a scaled down build of the Ghost and a Hera Syndulla Minifigure, retail for this build is $9.99 and, though scarce in some places due to popularity, is a regular retail-wide release.

As part of Series 3, which features “dueling” Microfighters from the different eras, a TIE Fighter, coming with a pilot, can be purchased to face off against Hera (Build 75128). That build is also harder to find, at least around where I live, because of the popularity of the pilot Minifigures.

I really like the Hera Minifigure, which features a unique headpiece, head design, and body design. I am happy that this Minifigure comes with a $9.99 build, and not a more expensive build, as I really wanted to add it to my small Star Wars Minifigure collection, but I don’t have room to display the larger builds in my apartment.

The build itself was fun, but on the easy side, which is what you expect from a Microfighter build about 100 pieces big. Nothing complicated, but it does look like a small version of the GHOST.

Overall, I am happy with my newest addition. Welcome, Hera Syndulla!
