German Reality Star Expands Store of Disney Merchandise
Not all Disney stores are the Disney Store, and not all reality show villains are nasty in real life.
Case in point, Germany’s Sam Dylan “likes to play the bitchy character,” according to a news story from broadcaster RTL. But as the owner of The House Germany, “super pleasant. Best boss I’ve ever had.” The store opened June 5 in Rhein Center Köln, expanding from a smaller unit.
Dylan reportedly has a six figure sum invested in the store, with a second location opening in Oberhausen, two weeks from now.
The store features theming like Snow White’s wishing well, and even toys of obscure characters like Tod and Cooper from The Fox and the Hound.
The Walt Disney Company operates an official website, DisneyStore.de, in Germany. DisKingdom contacted Disney’s German press representatives on June 1 for comment, but did not receive reply.
