Our Take:

This is a great time for Disney to reward its annual Passholders, with plenty of new merchandise to pick up and more importantly a bonus month of entry, this is good news for existing Passholders and will no doubt encourage locals to take out a pass with these extra bonuses.

They should extend it to current pass holder too who paid a pretty penny to have an annual pass. We have the new pass with the new prices, we should enjoy that benefit as well.
