Disney have released a new Black Widow action figure as part of the Marvel Toy Box collection, which is based on the Disney Infinity video game artwork.

The Black Widow figure includes 2 baton accessories, which can be joined together to form a staff.  This figure has 14 points of articulation, it is priced at $12.95 and is available at ShopDisney.com.
