PhatMojo DuckTales Donald Duck Action Figure Review

Welcome back to another review of the PhatMojo DuckTales Action Figure line. This time we will be taking a look at the #1 Duck himself, Donald Duck!

Packaging 4.5/5

It’s the same as all the others in the wave so I won’t spend much time on it. It does it’s job and shows off the figure and accessories well. The angry image of Donald on the front is great!

Sculpting 4.5/5

Donald is so close to being perfect, but he has the same problem I had with nephews. That would be the design of the legs give him that look like he is wearing a diaper. That is the only fault I have with the sculpt. They nailed the look of the cartoon. His hands are sculpted well enough he can hold his accessories with no problem. They also look natural if you choose to display him without accessories.

Paint 4/5

The paint job on Donald is really nicely done. The stripes on his shirt are nice and even and there is no sloppy paint on the buttons. I just wish they had painted some white on his legs so he didn’t have that look like he is wearing a diaper.

Articulation 3.5/5

Donald had the same articulation as the rest of the figures in the line. Ball jointed head, cut shoulders and hips. It will help with play, but I just wish he had elbow articulation so he could use his accessories better.

Accessories 3.5/5

Donald comes with a tablet and a camera. Both are nicely detailed. The camera is painted well, but the paint on the tablet is a little sloppy.

Overall 4.5/5

Donald is almost a perfect figure, but the design of the legs hold him back. He is a great figure though and is perfect for display or play. If you see him I highly recommend picking him up.
